My appointment was at 8 AM. Was having the front brakes replaced and was suppose to take up to 2 hours. After an hour and haft, I observed the car in the parking lot and inquired about it being completed. I was informed that the parts truck (coming from elsewhere) had been late in arrival and they had just received the parts. Due to the late arrival of the parts, it took an hour longer to complete the repair. I feel the dealer should have informed me then the parts were not there and offer some compensation for the wasted time.

I had an oil change and had four new tires installed. They said that they would wash my car so that the new tires would look good on my clean car. I paid and drove down the road stopping at the store. I decided to look at my new tires. Green gooey stuff all over the tires plus the car was never washed because it had pollen on it. I drove back to let them know that they didn’t clean the tires or car. Said they would make sure it would be done. When my car was supposedly finished I headed home. Tires and wheels still had green gooey stuff on it and car was still dirty with pollen still on it’s body. I probably will never do business with this dealership again. Better hire people in the service department that will do an excellent job. Terrible experience.

Polite customer service reps in Avon Park. They communicate well. I know the owners and enjoy talking with them. A comfortable waiting area for customers. Service techs mean well, but I have had three trips to dealer, for air conditioning service and a tire replacement. Tech accidently impacted electrical system on third trip, so I have loaner car while they assess electrical system. I hope it fully resumes function. Price is reasonable on everything. It just has taken three trips totaling seven hours for this, and possibly more coming, or they may bring my car to me, and pick up loaner. I do not fault their courtesy and accommodation, as that is great. But as a working man, the time spent there is too much for a car under warranty.

Oil change was good. Service rep seemed like he was new or very nervous for some reason. I was disappointed to find out that my brand new 2025 car which has had microphone issues since day 1 can’t be assessed without paying $180. Florida is a hands free and currently I can’t drive hands free when a call comes in. I’m on the road - a lot for my job. I’ve driven 6500 miles since I purchased back in March. When I read online it’s not just me with the microphone issues in these cars. Seems like it should be addressed not at my expense. So now I have to buy some off market microphone to use so that I’m compliant with state laws and safety reasons.

So here is the deal. I was getting ready to hook up my 5th wheel with my 2500 hd. And the battery was dead!! this is at around 6:30 in the evening. Nothing I could do! Next morning first thing I did was call service explained the situation they said bring it right in! A jump start from triple A. And on to Huston service. April Villa met me which she is a gem! Got the information. Results new batteries and home hook up the RV and on the road. What service!! Also I used my GM points to help pay the bill. For got my account # no problem April figured it out. They are the best in my book thanks again Huston

Way too expensive. Had to have a headlight replaced. Part was only $35 but total bill was $335. That is a ridiculous price. I will be finding a private mechanic for my needs. Plus they said my car needed another $3500 in repairs done. My car isn’t even worth $3500.

Really the best was the tire quote unfortunately I got Goodyear wranglers cheaper. 60$ for wiper blades really, and 60$ for cabin filter are not practical. And the service rep, or computer system not having my purchase agreement that included service package that I already paid for immediately pop up when I bring the vehicle in is poor quality less alone when I dropped the vehicle off and said is was already covered.

Not sure what warning light truly was but it reset after tech worked on it, but they didn't have the tool to remove and check one sensor, ordered it and won't have it until next week. I can't believe GM has a sensor that requires a special tool to remove and doesn't supply it BEFORE these hit the streets. I won't be going back next week as it's almost an hr drive, and is the closest dealer minus one I REFUSE to go to. I will wait for a needed oil change or the light to come back on again. My son has same vehicle, one yr newer, and his light came on with same warning in app yesterday afternoon.

I have been a very loyal customer with Huston Chevrolet and have bought my last three vehicles from them. I have also always had my cars serviced at their dealership because I have had faith and trust in their work. I booked my appointment online for an oil change and repair of a TPMS Sensor. The appointment was for 9 am. I had multiple reminders about the appointment via email and text. Upon arrival I learned that they did not know why I was there as the system did not transfer over. At 10:30 the oil change was complete and the Advisor came out with the price of the TPMS Sensor. I asked her to do the work. I finally got the car back at 12:20 pm. I work in the Automotive Industry and am sending this review as an honest assessment to Huston about a problem that needs to be addressed. Again I highly respect and trust the ownership of this dealership and the Chevrolet Brand and hope they will work together to resolve this issue.

After 1.5 hours for a oil change I went to the counter to inquire about the length of time it was taking. My truck had been sitting done for who knows how long. I asked why nobody told me it was ready and the lady said it's still in the wash. I said no it's not, it's outside completely dry in the parking. She said O I didn't get the keys, keys were behind her on desk. A little annoyed at the length of time it took for a scheduled oil change.

This was my first time using Huston for an oil change. Facility is beautiful and comfortable. The customer service rep was friendly and efficient. I do have a BIG problem with the after service "cold calling service" being used. They would call 3 to 4 times a day - I did not answer as it comes in on my phone as Potential Scam. They leave a message that is spoken so quickly that it would only take up 5-7 seconds. They never state (clearly) why they are calling and they need to learn how to say Chevrolet not chevro- let. I had to block the number in hopes of stopping the calls!!!!!

Even after scheduling the appointment with the app, for an oil change and also battery check, the advisor had no clue what was needed, system didn't show my service agreement and what it covered. This agreement also includes a vehicle wash, wasn't asked if I wanted one or not and it was not done. Pretty disappointed, and will look for another dealership next time. The advisors are the first to meet customers, and need to be trained properly to better represent the dealership.

The staff was very friendly and if that was all i needed to evaluate it would be a 5. But $274.13 for just an oil and filter change was ridiculous. The labor alone was $175.00. My previous visit was only $224.09 and besides oil and filter, had multi-point inspection, replaced cabin filter, ordered sl-n-cap, and also installed sl-n-blades. The labor was $39.95. I will be avoiding this dealership from now on. Purchased my truck from there also but will be going else where when the time comes to replace it. Afraid of hidden costs.

Actual service was excellent. The product I bought not so good. I asked for chrome and got cheapo black plastic. My first time with a Chevy experience was not good. If the deflectors weren't available in chrome I should have been told. I wasted over $200! My first Chevy, and my last. 😡
